
Here is the deal (and it’s a great one!): we can be your (virtual) CMO and build everything for you. No need for you to do a cram course in growth hacking or marketing and go through the painful learning curve (and the usual mistakes made reinventing the wheel)! So, get an expert to do it for you.
It’s a 90-day program during which we work with you and your existing team (if any) and partners (if any) and go through our whole process, from getting customer insights (qual and quants), testing and building lead generating campaigns, setting up reporting and anything else required to hack and automate growth.
We identify the key growth drivers (acquisition, retention, share of wallet, usage, etc) and levers (tactics and channels) to boost your growth cost-effectively. We then build it for you and automate what can be automated.
However: the growth of your business doesn’t only depend on a great go-to-market and acquisition campaigns – it relies primarily upon the strength of your offer. We therefore strongly suggest you have reached PMF before pushing the accelerator! Not sure whether you’ve reached PMF? Do not despair: We can help you measure it, and improve your core offer if required (although it is not in scope for the Growth Accelerator but a different project in itself).

The small print: we will work with you on a part-time basis, remotely and at your offices, as required to deliver lead-generating campaigns within 90 days. We expect to spend an average of 1-2 days per week working on your business, more at the beginning and less towards the end of the project. And we’ll be available for mentoring and coaching during that period as well. As explained, we cannot make guarantee as to the success of your product and startup, but we will do our best to deliver cost-effective campaigns.
